ANIMAL CARE SERVICES PROMOTES “LITTER FREE LONG BEACH” IN MONTH OF MARCH Animal Care Services estimates that there are over 103,000 dogs and 123, 000 cats already living in the City of Long Beach. In an effort to reduce the number of animals impounded each year, ACS is promoting March as "Litter Free Long Beach".
